Compared to the air-cooling system, the water-cooling system is more efficient and less vibrational, so water-cooling becomes an economical, practical, and easy way to eliminate large amounts of heat in laser machine systems.
What is the most important factor in the water-cooling system? It is the cooling pump’s stability. As we all know, the brushless DC centrifugal pump is very suitable for a low-pressure water circulation system because it can provide a steady flow and pressure, and its lifespan is more than 20,000 hours. It can work continuously for 24 hours per day with low noise (less than 40 dB). But different manufacturers have different product quality. One of the most important tests of BLDC PUMP products is the on-off test. We will be sampling from each batch of products for the on-off testing. Turn on for 5 seconds, then turn off for 5 seconds, every 10 seconds a cycle, more than 500,000 times. This is why the stability of BLDC PUMP products is better than other DC water pumps.
