Warranty & Spare parts

For circulation DC water pumps, we provide a one-year warranty under normal conditions of use. For aquarium products, we provide a three-year warranty under normal conditions of use. There will be twice full inspections before every product leave factory.

We usually don’t provide additional component parts or accessories. However, we offer 3% of your order quantity of entire pumps as spare parts for volume purchase. If you do need to purchase extra component parts or accessories, you will need to apply to our salespeople and provide the reason.
